Group name combiner
Three names, one banner.
For teams, bands, gaming squads and trio ships: this combiner takes a piece of all three names — first syllables in every order, plus chunk splices — and ranks what reads best.
One of these names has no Latin letters. Type the romanized spelling and blending will work.

Two names offer dozens of clean seams; three names offer hundreds of messy ones. The blends that survive are usually built from first syllables — the strongest, most recognizable chunk of each name — which is why this tool leads with syllable permutations and uses longer splices as backup. If nothing sings, try shortening one name to its everyday nickname first: trios almost always read better when all three pieces are the same weight.
Only have two names? The main ship name generator gives you far more cuts, styles and favorites. Naming a duo's account instead — see couple name ideas.
Frequently asked questions
Can I blend four or five names?
This tool takes three. For larger groups, blend three first, then treat the winning blend as one “name” and blend again — or use initials, which scale better past three people.
Does order matter?
Yes — the generator tries every syllable order, but the order you type also affects the splice candidates. If the results feel lopsided, rotate the names and run it again.
